Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly + Unlimited Commission

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some evenings and weekends may be required for events and peak sales activities)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to drive new customer acquisition for our rapidly growing company. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and grow our sales efforts throughout Northeast Arkansas.

As our first Sales Lead, you will be responsible for selling high-speed internet, phone, and other telecom services to both residential and business customers through direct sales, door-to-door outreach, inside sales, event marketing, and through any other creative means that you wish to bring to the table.

This role offers an hourly base pay plus unlimited commission with no cap — the more you sell, the more you earn. It’s an ideal position for an energetic, ambitious individual who wants to learn the telecom business from the ground up and grow with the company. High performers will have the opportunity to build and lead a sales team in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell new telecom to residential and business customers
  • Conduct door-to-door sales, in-person presentations, and inside sales activities
  • Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and marketing activations
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and follow-up
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our services and make service recommendations
  • Accurately complete sales orders, contracts, and necessary documentation
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets
  • Collaborate with installation and technician teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
  • Track sales activity and results using company CRM or tracking tools
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or outbound calling is a strong plus
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Comfortable with door-to-door sales and working in various weather conditions
  • Basic computer skills (email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Technician Apprentice to join our installation and repair team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the telecommunications industry by learning everything there is to know about how telecommunications networks are designed and built.

You will work directly alongside experienced technicians, gaining hands-on training in network construction, fiber installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and system tear-outs. The job includes work on arial and underground networks, which will require the use of tools, procedures and safety protocols. As a Technician Apprentice, you will learn the fundamentals of telecom infrastructure while contributing to real-world projects that keep our customers connected. Inspire’s goal for this position is to develop next-level talent and to create excellent experiences for our customers all around Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in network construction and removal projects
  • Troubleshoot service issues for residential and business customers
  • Install and configure customer equipment such as modems, routers, and ONTs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols and procedures
  • Learn to read and interpret technical diagrams, maps, and work orders
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment under supervision
  • Document work logs accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service during on-site installations and repairs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to lift >50 lbs and work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, pedestals, etc.)
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction, electrical or cable/satellite installation is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of telecom, networking, or low-voltage systems
